Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful This is by far the worst tax filing experience i have ever experienced in all my years. What a nightmare clicking seemingly 1000 times. I will never use this service again. I should have gotten paid myself for the pain i had to deal with.

Earlier, when I tried to transfer details from FundRise efirm for 1099 forms, it froze and kept doing it repeatedly so had to enter manually. Later, it kept getting errors at the end of final check for foreign tax form 1116, took 2 hours and 10 minutes with 2 different agents to fix it. It was a painful experience this time..
