Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbo Tax!! Turbo Tax truly makes life easy. Tax season is a stressful time with so many complications in tax changes and regulations. There is no way an average person can keep it up. Well, we have Turbo Tax to look out for us. All you have to do is to make sure you have all the tax data ready, simply follow the instructions by Turbo Tax, review/double check and that submit, that is it. Keep up with great work, turbo tax--I love it.

I paid for Live Premium ($170) anticipating I'd call them for some assistance on AMT and Foreign Tax Credits. I requested them to contact me 4 different times. They said it would be a 5 minute wait 2 times and a 30 minute wait 2 other times. That was the week of March 8. I never got a call. I was able to work my way through my issues (I hope) and did the e-file without their Live Expert advice. It was very disappointing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turboTax is too cumbersome It was way too complicated for a simple return. There were two banks listed twice so if you entered an amount for one, it doubled the amount on the return. It started asking about federal child payments for no known reason. No place to just say that you wanted the standard deduction instead of having to go through all the detail.
