Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thorough, Accurate, Helpful, EASY! I had two live conversations and a chat to resolve tax and software questions. First of all, my phone rang within 2 minutes, the expert had access to my screen within 30 seconds, and my questions were completely resolved in minutes. Thank you, TT, for hiring and training great professionals who really care about this annual process that most of us put off as long as possible! I don't usually smile when doing my taxes, but today I did--3 times!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall, Very Satisfied, but experienced problems On the initial pass through TurboTax Premier (TTP) 2022, I designated that my wife and I did not have high deductible med insurance in 2022 (we were on Medicare) and had medical expenses, but TTP did not let me enter medical expenses. I delayed completion for a couple weeks then started TTP again. TTP did an update, and I was able to enter med expenses, but TTP had already assigned medical expenses and an expense total (using data from a prior year's return?) that I had to replace with 2022 data. Maybe prepopulating is considered a time-saving feature as med expenses can repeat year after year, but the fact that TTP did not allow me to enter the data on my first pass was very troublesome, and getting over this roadblock on a later, 2nd pass cost me time. I did not encounter this problem in prior years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and accurate! Had a great ecperience every year using TurboTax, have used for 20 years never had a government review! Had one issue because did nott fill explanation table for IRA direct contributions,must see very small icon on the 1040 ine 15!
