Rated 1 out of 5 by from Website is badly broken I finished entering all of my information in under 2 hours. However, when I went to get it checked, an issue was flagged. When I requested help from an expert, Turbotax took me on a 4 hour experience of being put on hold, waiting for phonecalls that never happened, and having people in the chat give bad advice that resulted in me having to re-enter entire forms. I was paying for extra services, but Turbotax just made the entire experience awful by wasting my time. Ken was helpful. Mareysha D. was a start. But other staff simply punted and made everything worse.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I hate this scaaaaam TurboTax works great, always pretty user-friendly for the most part. However, 59 bucks for each return? That's just a scam. I would understand 59 for the return overall, but just because my return is a little complex doesn't mean I should have to pay 3x the amount advertised for filing one year's taxes.
