After speaking with her, I was much relieved that we were back on track to finalizing my return without any lingering concern. Her responses were immediate and thorough, and the issues were addressed and resolved.

Gave me options on my return, laid out the possible consequences with each option. He reach out via phone call answered all my questions and took great care to make sure everything was correct. He was the best experience I believe I could have received.
