Rated 2 out of 5 by from Necessary Evil, But Not Happy About It Turbo Tax's pricing is getting ridiculous and it's functionality continues to be frustrating. I appreciate that I can do it myself, as by the time I gather all my materials, in theory, it's not that much more effort to just enter the info vs. going to someone. But you can't easily backtrack in the system without starting whole sections over, which is incredibly frustrating if you just wanted to quickly double-check what the last screen said. There are also some spots that are still not worded the best, making them difficult to interpret (i.e., how to input AGI on the state form).
