Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have used TurboTax for years! I don't understand why anyone would hire outside tax assistance when TurboTax is so easy to use and can be done from the comfort of your couch! All you have to do is answer questions as you move through the return. Done!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax has bugs, but no way to report them One of the biggest flaws in TurboTax is that there is no way to report bugs in the software. I ran into a infinite loop problem that prevented me from e-filing. On Schedule B, Part III, box 7a was checked "no". When attempting to e-file, I was informed that box 7a should be blank, so I was forced to go back and "fix" the problem. Going back to e-file, I was now informed that box 7a needed to be checked, again, forcing me to go back and make a change - endlessly. The problem is that TurboTax doesn't all a user to report bugs such as this.
