Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jeremiah is Awesome! Jeremiah spent over an hour with me over the phone (and 20 minutes after he should've been off work) to help with Case #475008151. I was prompted to upgrade to Turbo Tax Deluxe and was not able to complete my returns due to a glitch that was stating I withdrew from my Savings when I did not. He made a very annoying situation pleasant with his friendly and funny personality and persistence to resolve the issue. Even though this was not an issue he was familiar with he was great at being the middle man between myself and IT. When we finally had a resolution from IT to pay with a voucher I accidently messed up and paid with my credit card, which delayed the issue even further, pushing him into working overtime, and he wasn't even mad. I appreciate his patience, can-do attitude, speedy resolution time, and friendliness. He should get a raise!
