Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax was tougher this year Have always found TurboTax easy to use. Like the way you walk me through and how you look for all tax info & tax breaks. This year . . I had a Major Problem with retrieving past info from institutions. Had no success with this year's turbotax in retrieving from any institutions. Hope this will be better next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy and a great option for help at any time I have used a tax service in the past and paid a great deal for it. A friend suggested Turbo Tax because my taxes are very basic. I used them this year and I am very happy with how easy and affordable it was.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax seems easy and free, but is not I had previously used TurboTax, and it is always advertised as free. It in fact is not, even if you are doing all the work yourself with none of the assistance offered. I didn't mind the lower cost service of Premium, but I wish there was a free option like I had used before. A lot of the steps seemed overly repetitive and long as well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't Import QB Online records Intuit doesn't seem to care to improve its product compatibility. Turbo Tax and QB Online don't work with each other. This has been happening for years.
