Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filing easy!! TurboTax walks you through step by step. If you have questions there are screens with additional information to guide you. Still not sure, you can access online Tax Experts to help answer your questions. Pretty much fool proof!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slightly Better Than Directly Filing With The IRS The UI on your website is pretty good. Please stop lobbying in Washington to make your services nearly monopolistic. The IRS should have a portal that has UI comparable to TurboTax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should not cost $160 There is absolutely no reason you should charge as much as you do. Filing taxes is supposed to be a free service as it is. The fact that you think it is acceptable to keep raising your rates and charging people money for an essential service is ludicrous. It's also extremely disparaging towards lower class individuals who may not have the money for the return available at that time so they'll have no choice but to accept your $39 extortion fee to have it withdrawn from their return. Do better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a great tool, I have used it for years I have used the Turbo Tax cds for years. The help menus aren't as in dept as the cds. The live help is tremendous but would be used less by me if the online helps were clearer; ie, you can't inter your bank information until you tax return is paid.
