Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Turbo Tax has become worse with age. I have been using this service for 8 years and it has only gotten worse. The step-by-step process confuses and obfuscates the calculations and you cannot easily maneuver between sections.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax did another great job!! I always put off the taxes til the last moment and then get scared while starting it. Somehow TurboTax makes me feel better, even when I end up owing! It seems so methodical and organized, maybe that's it. Anyway, this is my 6th year, and there's never been a problem.

I gave up and tried TurboTax glad I did. Your experts are wonderful and were able to help me with all my questions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing and inflexible When it became clear the my tax return had to me revised, TT did not allow me to add an additional payment to my earlier filing. The Help service was useless.
