Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy I usually use H&R Block, but that site was acting up. I switched to Turbotax and I should have tried them before now - quick and easy to file both federal and state returns.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked decent. The actual program worked well except for a few steps that had no guidance tips like form C. The main reason I used turbo tax this year was because my information was already in the system from previous returns. If I had more time I would’ve used another program that offers free returns for crypto processing instead of paying the large 90$ fee. Mostly the program functioned well there’s improvements that could be made and the large fee is off putting! If it was 20$ then maybe I would use the program again but next year I will use a free program!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not easy to navigate for older filers. Extremely confusing to us older folks who grew up with only manual pushbutton adding machines. You should KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) for those of us who are extremely electronically challenged. The main problem was getting to the first page to begin entering my information. And you keep trying the MAX option on me. Once I rejected it then it should stay rejected throughout. Period!
