Rated 2 out of 5 by from Software version has flaws Purchased Premier version at Cosco. Updater hung up numerous times. After paying for state return, screen froze. Rebooted and reloaded TurboTax could not get by the payment screen. After 75 minutes on the phone with 2 Intuit reps we finally found a solution. Been using TurboTax for 20 years and usually great. This year the software was awful. Intuit rep said get the internet download version rather than store bought discs.

It is very expensive to use compared to most places, but its also very easy to use with step by step guidance. Be advised of adding an extra $40 just for paying with refund, plus non-stop pop ups to upgrade packages after every page change.
