This year was mostly the same except that I had one persistent bug (on the Schedule SE because the income this year was negative). However the expert help at TT solved my problem --They viewed my screen and walked me through the steps to correct it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More helpful than an actual accountant! As an independent contractor, I can honestly say TurboTax is better than any accountant I've seen in person! TurboTax pointed out that others in my profession had some paperwork and things that I didn't even think about. No accountant has ever done that for me. I feel like I saved more money than I ever have before. Thanks TurboTax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Glitches in the system There were glitches in the system this year regarding filing a Schedule SE and also it asked me if I wanted to calculate my state underpayment penalty and I said yes, which it did, but it never directed me on how to pay it.
