Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was fast and easy Daniel was very helpful and responded and completed faster then I expected. A little expensive compared to doing them myself but I feel it was worth the extra cost as I had some changes that concerned me this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Business is awesome! This is my first year filing for our new LLC. We filed as a Partnership with IRS and I wouldn't have been able to do it if not for Turbo Tax Business. I use Quick Books Desktop Pro 2020 but I decided not to transfer all of my information over to Turbo Tax Business automatically. I let Turbo Tax Business walk me through the entire process. This allowed me to make sure everything was entered correctly in Quick Books and Turbo Tax. I will feel much more comfortable automatically transferring all my information over next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is a bug-ridden nightmare My domestic partner and I needed to file separate federal returns and joint state returns. Boy does that seemingly inconsequential contingency make the month of April miserable! At nearly every step of the tax preparation process my partner and I experienced a bug or a glitch that Intuit's on-staff "Experts" were completely incapable of solving. Even now, as I print a 70-page document to somehow mail to the IRS (because another bug made it so that I could not—for some inexplicable reason—e-file this year), I'm finding 90% of the forms on this document are coming out of the printer blank. Indeed: 99% of the PDF I saved from TurboTax is somehow blank. I am in physical pain from the anxiety this god-forsaken tax product has induced within me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Many hidden fees I have been using TurboTax for 10 years and I can say they that it was simple and easy but now it has too many hidden fees. I bought the software but then I had to pay for the state separate. Also while purchasing the state, representative said that that state purchase includes state efiling fees which was again not the case. I had to pay for state efiling separately again. It seems that I could have paid little more and had avoided the headache . TurboTax need to cut down these hidden fees and incorrect information provided by the representatives.

In line with the reviews are available information documentations to provide insight and explanation as to why there requirements exist and to challenge the accuracy of information and figures documented. Quality reviews throughout the filing process with the availability of tax experts and accounting specialists. Truly Awesome!
