Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time User I have family and friends who have used TurboTax for years yet I was too nervous to try it out. I was afraid of putting in the incorrect information and potentially owing more money than necessary or possibly not getting the correct amount back! I finally took the plunge this year since my previous tax office I used started to raise their prices. Thankfully the process went quickly and I was able to ask my tax expert questions outside of my return. My expert was very helpful and answered all of my questions. So very happy to say I will be using this service for years to come.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a must for most people. I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and it has made filing taxes a breeze for me. I would recommend using Turbo Tax for anyone whose tax filing is relatively uncomplicated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use, guides me through step by step Turbo Tax is easy to use, It keeps up to date on tax changes or forms that are not yet settled by the Feds. I appreciate that I can ask for step by step directions or I can skip ahead.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken Software - Unqualified Help The process was easy until you file. Rejected 5 times. Because the form wants a PIN for the IRS. There is no PIN, the IRS says we have no pin. Saying No to the forms didnt work. Paid for live help. Why they were polite. They knew less then I did. Now I have to print and file manually. After forking out to get the service. Do a search, you will find many complaints about the pins not working. Or asking for pins that do not exist. The were nice last year and this year when I had questions. Funny never needed a pin last year either. Next year going to use HR Block. Turbo tax does not have experts. Over all they wasted allot of my time and money. Lost a customer that does Youtube that wanted to praise this service instead I have to say avoid. Again and lastly nice ppl. Just way under qualified to do anything but basics.
