Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what it used to be I found this year's version of Turbo Tax to my liking. It felt more complicated than it used to be. I was not able to download the program to my laptop as in previous versions, updating only when logging in. I have been using Intuit Turbo Tax for many years and it felt difficult and cumbersome to navigate through. I was not happy and will look at other brands next year alongside Intuit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable TurboTax I've used TurboTax for over seven years at this point. It's fast, easy, and I never have concerns regarding the accuracy of my return. I don't envision myself going any other route when it comes to filing my federal or state returns in the foreseeable future. My information remains confidential and the results are always satisfactory. Thank you, TurboTax, for creating such a great product and for making a stressful time of year as painless as possible!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE TURBOTAX TurboTax Live Basic is the simplest, and most affordable way to file my taxes every year! Each year it's even easier since I all I have to do is upload a PDF version of my W2, and the system takes care of the rest! I appreciate this so much, and tell all of my friends about how easy Turbo tax makes filing your taxes!
