Rated 2 out of 5 by from review process is clunky and annoying The review process should link directly to the program page where the issue is--it is often hard to figure out where an identified error can be corrected in the program. The need to constantly enter and reenter account numbers is really annoying. Once you complete it for the federal return their should be no need to confirm these arcane numbers again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from STRAIGHTFORWARD AND EASY TO USE BUT NOT FREE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THE COST...YOU ADVERTISE FREE FILING FOR SIMPLE RETURNS, THEN CHARGE EXTRA FOR FILING STATE RETURNS AND SCHEDULE A DEDUCTIONS. A TOTAL OF $147.00 FOR A SIMPLE SUPPOSE TO BE "FREE" STATE AND FEDERAL TAX RETURN.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very convenient! First time tax filer here, and TurboTax made everything very easy and user friendly. I was concerned about making mistakes, but each step had clear concise instruction that were easy to follow. Great job!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tedious at best The process to get assigned to an expert is overly tedious and time consuming! Once you have all of your documents uploaded and some basic questions and you should be assigned, but no, this not what happens. I got assigned an expert, and I then got an email from someone else. She was great. If she couldn’t see a clear copy, she had me send again. No problem.
