Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bugged Experienced a bug this year. There's a checkbox for "this asset was sold or destroyed". I checked it to see if I could deduct a percentage, but it just gave me a date box. So then I un-checked it, but the software was still looking for a value in that box even though it was unchecked So when I went to file it would get stuck in a permanent loop where two boxes could not simultaneously be blank and it'd just bounce me back and forth between the two, fixing/deleting one or the other until I deleted the asset and started over. Exceedingly frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy, I was terrified to do my own taxes... I have never done my own taxes. I used turbotax for the first time and was amazed at how easy it was. I was so pleased, I will use them every year going forward

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use and hassle-free I've used TurboTax for several years now, and it's always intuitive to use and fast for simple returns. The only issue I had this year was I needed my Adjusted Gross Income from last year, and for some reason my return from last year was not in the TurboTax system, so I had to get an account for IRS.gov via ID.me to receive my transcript from last year. That process was also pretty easy and took about 20-30 minutes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating fees. Feel Jilted since they started charging a bank fee on top of the other fee they charge. Kind of a rip off. I'll be adjusting my taxes next year, so I don't get so much and skipping turbo tax just file directly with IRS. Won't care how long it takes with snail mail because it won't be as much.

At end of process and now no state vouchers printed and payment voucher printed even though I supposedly payed electronically. Do I mail this form in without a check? Have used Turbotax for over 10 years and have never been so frustrated...
