Rated 3 out of 5 by from Critique of Turbo Tax This is a follow up point I forgot to include in the earlier critique I filed today. Your automated voice screener's message this week to people who were having trouble E-filing because of "supposed" mismatches between the 2021 AGI number they were using as their security PIN per Turbo Tax instructions and what their 2021 AGI number in IRS records show was to enter "$0" for their 2021 AGI PIN. Where would the filer have any "security" from tax return stealers if they did that? Likewise, that instruction seems at cross purposes from your software's instructions. Consequently, I mailed my return this year. By the way I downloaded my tax records from irs.gov and the AGI shown there for my wife and I in 2021 matches the AGI I was inputting as my security PIN in turbo tax in my 2022 return and was being REPEATEDLY rejected for. Something is amiss in the software linkages beween Turbo Tax and the IRS!

I could skip around better and look at forms easier. I would rather see a downloadable option be made available.
