But I got stuck and sought help from one of the available experts Kandi. Stumped her too for a minute, but she figured it out and helped me through it. Thank you

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive to complete for a deceased person I did my dad's taxes since he died in February 2022. There wasn't much to it and he got a $4 refund. I didn't even want the refund. I paid the $137 for doing all the work, not caring about the pitiful refund, and not able to efile. I had to print the tax forms and mail them. I just think the price was steep for what I got. He's dead now, so I won't be using TurboTax again for him. Lesson learned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Expert is the Way to GO I can't explain how grateful I'm that I used Turbotax Expert and worked with a real person, Geroge. We had three calls, and he explained things in an easy-to-grasp way, and provide resources to use for the next year. I tried filing on my tax report before implementing Turbotax Expert and I would have lost a lot of money and filed incorrectly.
