However, I can't for the life of me figure out how to apply some of my refund to next year's taxes using the step-by-step method -- I have to revert to Forms. And I don't see how to handle estimated taxes in the step-by-step method either. It's not even easy in the Forms method.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Typical TurboTax efficiency, with a few glitches Like the last 22 years. filing with TurboTax was easy and much less expensive than tax preparation services. The interface is better than ever, an the options for navigating the resources are plentiful. There are some fields that do not save correctly. I enter information about transportation expenses, for example, and the in the Review, these same questions come up as unanswered. My other suggestion is to make it simpler to search and immediately go to any page or worksheet that matches a keyword (search) entry.
