Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not terrible but a bit pricey I like the service but I think it is a little pricey especially if you are filing both returns plus the added bank charge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to use A little clumsy around the student credit and it never asked me about earned income credits for rent, but overall satisfied.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still clunky with help Help has a lot to be desired. State returns are always missing much information and cryptic (California) One huge improvement this year: I could actually file the California trust return on line. I don't know if that was a California problem before, or a Turbo Tax problem, but filing by snail mail has been ridiculous for years!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Premium for standard deduction! I can't believe this program defaults to premium for a basic return like mine. I have 1 source of income, 1 primary residence with a mortgage, and only qualify for the standard deduction but turbo tax blew past free and standard all the way to premium. last time i will ever use this site.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Walks you through everything you need. Easier than H&R blocks software

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Use for 10 years. No problem Never had a hard time using or filing. Never been reviewed or under investigation. So something must be going right

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hard to maneuver this year! I've used Turbo Tax for years but after this years experience, I'm done. Was supposed to be free filing for Fed + State, but had to pay more at the end to get it to file! Not worth my time and headache.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never again $178 to file my taxes this year. Used to be much cheaper. I'll find a cheaper option, or just learn how to do it myself next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from OK, but some big UX fails for Self Employed - Doesn't answer questions it should: On my State return it asked if there was any health insurance premium not applied on my Federal return, and TurboTax provides no guidance on how to figure this out. TT should know this and tell me what to do, not leave me googling for answers. - Entering self employed income for the second year was really unintuitive, it was on like the 3rd page after expenses. Confusing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax was easy to use. Only problem was trying to find where to enter form 1099S (sale of a tine share week)
