Rated 5 out of 5 by from See you next year Turbo Tax This is my third year with Turbo and did not use live Experts till this time. Red flagged when it was registering no refund or no owed amounts registering, hence needed the Live Expert. Not sure how I kept bypassing entries for the 'income' screens. I breezed through 2018 and 2019, so what's changed? Also, i struggled with the multiple 1098s.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult to find some items and help is useless I have used TurboTax for years. This was the most frustrating year ever!!! Tried to adjust an incorrect stimulus check amount and help was useless, thank goodness for the chat option. But if you have slow internet it can be very difficult to use as it was for me. Help was also no help for how to apply my refund to next years taxes. This time we had to do an online search. Please fix your (?) help option on the filing pages.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from First Time User This year was my first time filing myself. I have always used a CPA in the past. I was taken by surprise when I entered my information that the website gave me the option to upgrade and when I declined, it would let me go any further without upgrading. Not sure if my info wasn't compatible for the easy file free version or what the deal was, but I did have to pay to file. But ultimately the website was easy to maneuver around with the step by step follow along directions. I believe I will use this service again for next year.
