Too Many GlitchesI have used TT for many years and love it. This year there were many glitches in the system. It took me double the time and several calls to get it finished.

Good for first time usersFor the first time doing taxes they made it quite simple, allowing me to upload documents from my brokages with ease. The reason for 4 stars is everything can be improve. Some errors were not easily fixable, and quite annoying. For example, I had to look up on google how just to get passed them.

Turbo Tax year 10I always have a good outcome with Turbo tax however can you please stop that chat box from appearing so much on the bottom right hand side. It is annoying and gets in the way of selecting the the next selection
