Rated 2 out of 5 by from great service, misleading pricing I wanted to file my taxes for free, but ended up having to upgrade to the "deluxe" to file education expenses.. okay, $40 is not that bad. At the very end, they didn't give me much of an option and I was heavily steered towards paying an extra $45 for I'm not even sure what. I had already had to restart the entire process due to not being able to go back from accidentally selecting self employed, and the extra charge being added and impossible to remove at the very end seems unethical. I have no idea why I was charged the extra $45 or what my other options were, so I'm very unhappy about paying it. Overall it was easy to file, but they were not upfront about their prices and I will not be using them again next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TGFT Thank God for Turbo Tax I've only used the "H&R" twice as a young adult. And I felt like I got taken around the block. Not only does Turbo Tax Charge you only what your looking to pay, they also are straight-forward and honest. They are the only ones I can trust with my Vital Records and Credentials. Thanks to an agent name Teresa an EA of 20 years. Thanks again and see you next year :) !

Even when I'm caught in a loop about mis-entered information, the tech support (with the wait aside) is able to quickly sort out the issue.
