Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not user friendly This is not very helpful; I will be going back to HR Block. Too many pop up asking how I was feeling...well I dont think that helps with anything. The wizard couldn't answer my questions, and then I had a hard time trying to e-file because it required my email to be verified. Well,,,if I am already logging in with my email why do I need verification? Why is that not an option when you start filing or when you log in to get a prompt to verify my email. It was frustrating to say the least. Their basic package offers less than HR Block

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok, but lack of integration with QB online is sad While this product does fairly well with the actual taxes, the lack of integration with intuit's own quickbooks online product is ridiculous. What should be a seamless import process ends up having to be done by hand looking at different screens and trying to copy data because they can't figure out how to integrate their own software. It is sad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBOOOOO! I have been a returner year after year! Turbo tax has been my go to for basic tax stuff that they make us suffer with yearly. Turbo Tax really simple and great to process things that are not too complicated. I would recommend them to many of my family and friends. They also help you track your stuff afterwards with MINT and Credit Karma.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful software! Just asked to file for an extension. It told me to file my 1041! I'm not ready to do that! Apparently there is no place to sign the extension request.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Easy to Use -- You Can Do Your Taxes!! Its an easy application to use the only thing that I though was strange when entering previous year data was displayed and had to scroll down to enter 2021. It might be built-in to eliminate errors.... don't know.
