Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service I usually file my taxes independently but had some trouble this year, as my taxes were more complicated. TurboTax live full service was worth getting peace of mind that I wasn't filing incorrectly. Worth every penny. Brian, my tax expert, was friendly, efficient, and punctual. I felt very comfortable talking to him and I will be using the service again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tax software! It was easier to use than others and was free for me! I got confused during filing, but thought I had filed when I downloaded my completed documents. Finally figured out why I was getting emails from turbotax to finish up and file.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax not good any more The application has become increasingly confusing to navigate. Hard to go directly to something or make updates. This used to be such an intuitive application but has gotten worse the last few years. And to make it even more of a poor user experience, the constant upselling and borderline deceptive attempts to use my data is driving me to another application.
