Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Deluxe was unable to update After I downloaded 2022 TurboTax Deluxe, it attempted to update but would fail. I attempted several more times and it continued to fail. Each time, i submitted information to your support teams via the application. I was able to get into the application and work on my return, but it would never successfully download the updates. I also followed the steps to manually update the application and this was successful. However, each time I attempted to open the application, it wanted to go thru the update process and fail as before. It got to the point where i could no longer even fully open the app. I called your support line and Akeila S. did her very best to resolve my issue but recommended escalating the problem to Tier 2 support. She indicated that Tier 2 support would be calling me. Guess what, never heard from Tier 2 support.
