The original engagement however I had with another tax expert before the April deadline ended up poorly with a message from her telling me that "the big boys upstairs" did not allow her to continue the work with me given her heavy load.

I honestly had no idea how to do my own taxes… I’m a mom, but haven’t been lucky enough to gain the “mom knowledge” just yet… still waiting.. they make it so easy by just asking you to input information (with very clear and detailed explanations of where the information will be). Doing taxes is no longer something that causes me anxiety! I like them so much I have applied to work for them!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax desk top lost all my files I HAVE USED TURBO TAX DESK TOP FOR OVER 10 YEARS. WHEN I USED DESK TOP TURBO TAX TO FILE MY 2021 FEDERAL AND STATE TAX RETURNS ELECTRONICAALY 1/30/22 EVERY THING WORK FINE - GOT MY REFUND. NOW AT 7/14/22 WHEN i GO BACK TO REVIEW MY FILES TURBO TAX CAN NOT FIND MY RETURN AND NO PDF FILE IS ON MY COMPUTER (I AM SURE I SAVED IT AS A PDF FILE AS WELL AS PRINTING A HARD COPY). HELP BY PHONE WITH YOUR REP - JOSH - COULD NOT FIND IT. SO I SPENT 4 HOURS RECREATING THE SAME FILE THAT GOT LOST. I HOPE THIS FILE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FOR MY 2022 RETURN WITH ITS CARRY FORWARD DATA BUT HAVE LOST A LOT OF FAITH IN TURBO TAX THAT IT WILL.
