Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo was a little challenging this year Have difficulty getting my renter's refund. I completed my property tax (Renter's) by hand...no problem. Turbo tax indicated that I was not entitled to a rental refund. I mumbled "What?" My income was less than $20,000

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bugs + Spouse Info? There were a few bugs where I had to repeatedly enter the same information on "review". It seemed like it was just cycling. Also the inserted text was incorrect in a lot of places. What bothered me the most was that you FORCED me to enter my spouse's information for no reason. That is completely inappropriate, I would have 100% switched services if I didn't already pay the $120. If I am filing separately I should NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE be FORCED to enter in my spouses information. Absolutely absurd.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from First ever problem I have used TurboTax for over 20 some years. This is the first year I have had a problem. I bought T/Tax online and Entered the Key information as soon as it arrived. When finished and ready to file TurboTax wants another $45.00 to file my taxes. Uh, NO! I printed and mailed for the first time in many years. Happened to my mom's taxes as well. She was not happy either.
