Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrating I had no problem with the accountant, I hated that I was forced to log in to the platform each time (plus multi factor authentication) to read and reply to messages, there is no good reason why one should be prevented from communicating through email, you are making things more difficult than they need to be, it’s poor user experience, and also there were other issues with the site. For example it was glitching out and not letting me enter my bank information, I had to log in and out again, and there were times where it wasn’t clear what to do next, for example I had to return to the “steps” section without being prompted and saw new steps there, but that was easy to miss because I wasn’t notified there were new steps there.
