The only reason I didn't put Excellent as my product rating is because they encouraged me to get their CreditKarma credit card instead of using direct deposit. I am planning to use TurboTax again next year due to its easiness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very appropriate We have used turbo tax for many years. For years we used the deluxe package but since retiring we use the free service which we really appreciate. We have gotten our children and grandchildren to use TurboTax as well. The features are great and the process is easy to follow. I really don't know why anyone would hire a tax consultant when TurboTax is available.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't be using Turbotax again It automatically put me on Live Premium version that's $209 and didn't have a way to downgrade. Spend an hour with support to find there's a bug. They finally gave me a code to use. Still ended up paying $183 to file both federal and state tax. It's too expensive and other solutions like H&R block are cheaper. And right after I filed got this message saying my account is at risk, which turned out to be a false alarm. This happened last year too. This product has become garbage.
