I WAS A TAX PROFESSIONAL FOR YEARS AND CURRENTLY VOLUNTEER WITH AARP AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS SOFTWARE. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY PHONE CALL WAS ANSWERED IN ONLY A MINUTE AND KOBE HAD THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION IMMEDIATELY. A GOOD EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax need improvement for Vermont users 1. TT doesn't save answers in the step-by-step. Every time I back up, I have to answer all the questions again. 2. TT doesn't allow one to hide the "Smart Worksheets". It should. 3. The help support and assistance, within the for the Vermont state return program is abysmal, if not non-existent. I assume that since Vermont is a small state, containing fewer people preparing taxes, TT's programmers are told not to spend time on it. We spend the same money for it. There should be more extensive Help within it. 4. And please get rid of the "We know it's taking more than a moment ..." line on the start-up screen. It was cute when first used years ago, but now it's old. Like my old girlfriends told me: "You need a new line."

I received a couple tax forms that no where in Turbo Tax did it ask for them, or explain what to do with them. I had to google the form to find out what to do with them.
