The biggest advantage of using turbotax is that I am completely informed about every single tax saving option and do not have to wonder if my tax agent has evaluated every saving option. The software is so detailed and intuitive that it makes tax filing process a very informative and easy process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super EZ Easiest to file your income tax with maximum returns! I actually enjoy doing my tax returns every year! I've used professional CPA's in the past, I always get a bigger return w/ TurboTax and it costs less than hiring a CPA.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax is confusing I completed my taxes properly (pretty simple requirements) and have been rejected 3X so far for AGI from prior year (which I did in Turbotax). I have followed the instructions and pulled the IRS prior year taxes and still getting rejected for the same thing - this has never happened in the 5+ years of using Turbotax. I also found the selection boxes for the different products to be worded in a confusing manner. I also didn't like the credit Karma which seemed like a new option from 2019 - I just want to do my taxes and submit, not be bothered with a lot of confusing selections.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from EASY TO NAVIGATE. CIRCUITOUS AT TIMES. DID NOT WORK WITH AN EXPERT. THERE ARE TIMES DURING THE FILLING OUT OF THE QUESTIONS THAT IT GETS CIRCUITOUS AND REQUESTS FOR THINGS THAT ARE ON A IRS DOCUMENT ARE NOT EXPLAINED VERY WELL.
