Once I accidentally clicked on a paid version of something, I was no longer allowed to find the Free version. Trashy software company. I wouldn't doubt that you'll filter out this review anyways.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trubo Tax review 2023 My only complaint is that I already am paying for identity protection Through work using ID shield and now you are providing me with tax fraud protection through turbo tax. I do not like paying for a service I do not need. It is waste of money to pay two subscriptions and I don't like it. I recommend you fix this, or I will pick another income tax provider next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use. I like the step by step process. I did call Customer Service for problem. The first person I talked to seemed rude and needed to transfer my call to a more experienced person. That person was very friendly and didn't make me feel like a dope.
