However, this year I had a lot of difficultly navigating the site and found it impossible to finish my taxes without upgrading. disappointed this year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible There was no warning that when I e-filed my federal return and my state return couldn't be e-filed yet, that I wouldn't be able to e-file my state return afterwards when the CA documents were ready. And the stupid program tried to e-file my federal return again, even though it had been accepted by the IRS and I already received my refund. My main page showed that the IRS accepted the return, yet it tried to e-file the federal return again.
