Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unexpected Fees Every year it seems like the fees keep going up or there is a new reason to charge us. It feels very sketchy when you start doing taxes "for free" and then all of a sudden I am being charged over $100. If you are going to charge then state it upfront.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Apple OS support frustrating For the third year, I have had to upgrade MaC OS to get Turbotax to work. Had to abandon my MacBook and use my wife's which is newer. As Apple moved to 64 bit processor it left 32 bit apps at the side of the road. I am frustrated that Inuit chose to go to a 64 bit version for TurboTax and didi not retain a 32 bit version for older computers and and older customers that cannot easily buy the last Mac Book.

Love me some Turbo Tax; I've been using them since I was 18; now 24yrs living in a US territory after moving away from the mainland. Lots of help I received and they make sure to include any possible tax breaks one may have which is extremely helpful especially when one is not formally taught on how to do their own taxes. Turbo Tax teaches/informs their consumers for a very reasonable price. Lots of thanks!
