I have loved using turbotax for years, but it seems every year there is always a problem at the end that always seems to squeeze more money out of me. I wanted to pay by card to avoid the extra $40 charge, and I couldnt sign in. I changed my password and submitted and it came back with a message that basically said having trouble, and that was it. So I tried to sign on again with the new password, and it says its wrong, used the old one and it said its wrong, I STILL can not sign in, Next year if I can find a better option, I'm taking it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from To the Rescue Having been a TCO in Nebraska I thought I would walk my way through Turbo Tax. That didn't happen. For the most part all went well; at least I thought. It was not until Sheri called me and we used her exceptional knowledge to figure out all the mistakes I made. I want to thank her for staying on the phone with me and diligently working with me to find those errors without making me feel like a dummy. We were both elated when we found out I wasn't a robot :-).
