Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's Okay I am been a turbotax 2016 and so far its been okay. Sometimes its deposit on-time,ahead and even very late. But this last year 2nd stimulus was been a bad moment. SO thats why i am giving an average star. I would like to give excellent star BUT it is better to give average because I am afraid this coming tax 'might' having a late deposit (hopefiully not) and I want to be fair incase. And the Fee also gets UP so I don't know why? So this is WHY I am giving average. Hopefully I can stay next in turbotax. I see if turbotax is worth it this year and this coming more years!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should have done it on our own. My wife and I have used TT for the past 4 years and this was the first time we opted to have a tax expert help us. We filled out more than we would have if we did it on our own. It was constantly correcting numbers that we had provided our expert that, by the time the docs were ready for review, had to be revised TWICE before submitted. And we were asked to fill out a number of additional documents that, according to the service, would have been done for us after answering the correct questions. We also had to instruct our tax expert on what write offs we could utilize to aid in our prep efforts. All in all, we will not use the tax expert service in the future.
