Rated 4 out of 5 by from Serious Glich I have used TurboTax for several years. This year I used TurboTax Premier. I have always been pleased with the product. However, this year after installing and entering data the shortcut to the program did not work anymore. The error message from the operating system indicated the program was no longer installed. I researched internet and discovered that several people were having similar problems with installation or restarting. I eventually tried a workaround someone recommended that worked for him but not for everyone. It worked for me, but for something like this to happen in the middle of tax season makes me have less confident in the product. That said, I do intend to use TurboTax again next year.
