Rated 4 out of 5 by from great except mineral right gas royalties everything was pretty easy except my 1099 for mineral rights gas lease royalty income. The 1099 generated a Schedule E which had errors during the prefiling federal review. There was no clue how to correct the errors. It pointed to the royalty amount on the worksheet. I just kept fiddling until it finally accepted I don't have a clue what I did to correct the error.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Saves a lot of time. As usual the software is pretty intuitive, works well. I had a small glitch in that part of my state return wasn't quite doing what I expected- called the help line, short wait, and got a rep that understood the software and was able to help.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Federal Taxes are easier with Turbo Tax Federal Taxes were easy even with moving mid year. State Taxes needs some improvement. Turbo Tax did not include direct access to the state forms I needed for a Solar Electric system, I was able to get them from a Turbo Tax expert but there should have been access from inside Turbo Tax so the software could link the rebate from Federal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax To The Rescue I was unable to process my taxes through the normal TurboTax software. I still had Windows 2007. I was very grateful for the online service Intuit offered me. It was very easy to use, when I get a new computer, I'll purchase their software.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Good Experience, Troubles with Download I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years, Generally Great Experience but this year could not find onscreen link to download the 2020 Business software. Piurchased new computer recently without CD/DVD drive, so assume no problems with downloading software. I purchased the software package from Costco in February and had the license code. I logged into TurboTax. Com with my account info. I could not find link of tab that allowed me to download the software. Had to borrow CD/DVD Drive to install from the CD diskette.

It probably knows my life better than I do the way it collects and sorts information. And having a button to push that make an expert/professional show up my screen and can see mine is like having JARVIS.
