Rated 1 out of 5 by from I'll never use Turbotax again I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN TURBOTAX. I'VE USED TURBOTAX PROBABLY THE LAST 8 TO 10 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. THIS YEAR WAS DIFFERENT. AS I FILLED OUT MY RETURNS, I RAN ACROSS MANY GLITCHES THAT WOULD ASK ME TO CORRECT SECTIONS THAT I DIDN'T EVEN FILL OUT TO BEGIN WITH. AND THEN MY RETURNS WAS REJECTED REPEATEDLY, EVEN WITH TECH SUPPORT. I FINALY GAVE UP AND WANTED A REFUND SO I COULD USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE, BUT WAS DENIED TWO TIMES. THE FEES ARE WAY TOO EXPENSIVE ANYWAY, LET ALONE NOT GETTING ANYTHING FOR THE FEE. SO I WILL NEVER USE TURBOTAX AGAIN. I ONLY USED IT THIS TIME BECAUSE I WAS DENIED MY FEE REFUND, AND I COULDN'T AFFORD TO SPEND MORE MONEY. NEVER AGAIN TURBOTAX.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great! Turbo tax has made it very easy for us "do it ourselves bunch". However, be aware it is not free which for us is fine. It is a lot less than some one else doing it for you

Only nisasue the review reflected no errors but when I e-filed an entry of 0.00 in box 10 would not work and needed to be deleted prior to e filing to work. The error process should have caught the error or removed the entry automatically. zero or blank is the same to me.

I highly recommend the program to friends and family. Thank you for making life with taxes very simple and straight forward.
