Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is detailed and helpful I have used TurboTax for the last few years. I really enjoy having a service that gives me a step by step walk through of everything I need to know. I love the ease of this service especially compared to the tense stressful memories I have of my parents doing their taxes growing up. I will keep using this! It definitely beats staring at the free fillable form and crying.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from was not helpfull and did not solve my question I DID NOT HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR EMPLOYEE BECAUSE SHE NOT ONLY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HELP ME BUT WAS RUDE AND IGNOR ME TOTALLY EVERY TIME I ASK A QUESTION. SO THAT WAS RUDE. she was taking 2 times thru the same steps and I let her know and she tells me NO we haven't done this part and please click on the high light area for me " even tho I was doing it. any ways ATTITUDE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I hope management really talks to her. her name BERTHA

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The phone specialist was great! Sherria did everything she could to help with a service code. It never worked, but she gave me a way to ask for refund by email. She never made me feel rushed and even though the software was frustrating, her help left me wanting use TurboTax again next year.

There is always something new that I am learning about regarding the latest tax laws. Great product and kudos to the team designing it's comprehensive features. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.
