Rated 4 out of 5 by from Didnt assist me when I was confused with 1099R I spoke to 2 different personnel- the first one while we chatted the system dropped us off but she was really trying to assist me. The second person that chatted with me was no help as she told me to go back to my payroll office (I am a retiree) in other words she couldnt figure it out. I wasted my money on that part of the service and I will continue to use Turbo tax but will not pay for any extra service I was really disattisfied this year and I got help from another tax consultant assisting retirees outside Turbo tax.
