Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is so legit Every year when I file my taxes he used to be a headache until I found TurboTax about 4 or 5 years ago I believe this will be my fifth gear filing all by myself and it's just so easy and step by step and just a great website to file your own taxes they even have tax help available right on the side of your page on every page that you work on literally I just love TurboTax you guys make it easy and efficient for me to get my taxes done right every single year thank you so much.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality is diminishing Check your entry screen froze for a long time, making me miss the May 17 deadline. Hopefully, IRS doesn't penalize me. Overall experience was also very mediocre this year (I'd little complicated returns) compared to previous years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from fab ! i always use it ! i own a small business outside of my corporate job and always use turbo tax live to make sure I'm doing things right. It gives me great peace of mind! The experts have always been so fun and good to chat with - plus they know their stuff. highly recommend using live and doing the taxes yourself. I swear by it!

However TurboTax has an EXTREMELY long and cumbersome finishing process once you have entered all your tax data. It took me 40 minutes just to complete all the finishing work (auditing, continued questions, address info, phone info, banking info, credit card info, setting up an intuit account, making payment, codes sent by email, codes sent by phone, and MORE!). This 40 minutes caused me to miss the filing deadline, as TurboTax will not e-file your return until you have gone through all this clean up. Quite maddening when you trying to beat a deadline.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from QB On-line to TurboTax - Must Have The experience was great. I would have given it a 5 if the QB migration did not have to come from the desktop. I'm loving the on-line QB version and wished it integrated better sine it part of the Intuit family.
