Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ilene the third expert I had was awesome Ilene was the third expert i was assigned to, the first two experts were really bad, they pushed me back out of the system making me request a new service from scratch , without giving me the clarity for the reasoning and the solution for the problem, Ilene took her time and listened to my questions and took her time and researched the correct requriments ,and educted me on what needs to be done and what data points to provide and then she helped consolidate all that,if it wasnt for ilene i would have given the service one star.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from this was a waste of money why did i waste my money paying to enter in my own tax deductions??? makes absolutely no sense. If it is not doing the work for me then why would I pay for a non existent service!!!! 1 star on yelp because I cannot put ZERO stars

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TT lost a 10+ year customer. It is March 24 and I usually file with Turbo Tax in EARLY February. I was not able to file until TODAY due to a delay with Intuit releasing a certain form (8915) which has been available since FEBRUARY! Also, when entering W2G forms (I had 50 of them), each form took FIVE+ MINUTES EACH to input due to the Turbo Tax software locking up the computer when tabbing to the next field. And finally, I called customer support to ask about the W2G delay and they were not able to help! in fact, the person I talked to eventually HUNG UP on me!!! I won't ever use TT again. They lost a 10+ year customer, just like that.
