Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is more than AWESOME! Whenever I needed to either call or chat with a representative I was more than pleased with my experience. Each rep was knowledgeable and patient & graceful overall very professional. My experience last year with Turbo Tax made me so much more willing to dive back into handling my business. This is my second year of doing my own taxes. As a small business owner of a creative design studio it is crucial to stay on top of my finances as in all business. Now, that my twins (high students) are of age to file their taxes I've worked with them on their taxes. I need for them to be knowledgeable and unafraid of handling their business for their futures. Every successful business/entrepreneur I've ever read about states that one should know where and how their money is being used.
