Rated 1 out of 5 by from what is form 8515F said i needed to fix form 8515F but never took me to the actual form. tried to look it up on the helper with no luck there. needs to be more simple or take you to the actual form that need to be fixed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult Year w/ Turbo Tax I wasn't able to upload my banking information this year. This was decided after 4 hours of trying over three days, then an hour and a half on the phone with Turbo Tax. The Rep was nice but not knowledgeable of the issue. This issue was likely related to the new step of being required to logon on to Intuit. This is an unnecessary and problem step. I hope you stop making this a requirement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall Easy and Educational I was nervous to try Turbo Tax because I wasn't sure I could be confident in its accuracy, but throughout the whole process, the support feature was thorough and answered all my questions! I like that you can save and go back multiple times.
