There was a delay between completion & filing, during which time TurboTax arbitrarily deleted a 1099R and actually CHANGED A NUMBER. These changes were made by TT, not by me, because I wasn't into the program betweentimes. Unprofessional, and caused me at least another hour's worth of work to track down the changes. If I hadn't gone back to confirm the figures from my first .pdf, I'd never have known & been in all kinds of trouble w/IRS. Second problem, the updates were completely opaque. There was never any information about what changes were made that might have affected my return. I will never use TT again.
